We offer a free over the telephone consultation. Just give us a call to arrange a call back for a time that is appropriate for you. Or alternatively fill in a booking form and state appropriate times for us to call you back.
Fees and Terms
At the initial consultation your therapist will explore your current issues, either in person, over the telephone or via skype. They will enquire about background history and establish the focus of therapy. When you first contact us, it is useful if you highlight the issues you would like help with, so we can match you with the most suitable therapist from the outset.

If you would like the therapist to come to you then home or workplace visits are also available, however, an additional fee would be added to the total cost which would depend on the location.
Appointments are usually available within 48 hours.
We are available to help with new enquiries, 7 days a week.
Fees per Sessions in person
£70 – £95: Individual (children and adults)
£100-130: Payment via Insurance (Cigna, PruHealth, Standard Life, AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA International).
£130-145: Children’s Therapy via Insurance
Fees per session over the telephone or via skype
£70 – £95: Individual (children and adults)
£90-125:Payment via Insurance (Cigna, PruHealth, Standard Life, AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA International).
£125-140: Children’s Therapy via Insurance
Assessment
£500.00 (includes assessment report and recommendations)
Note: BUPA UK not accepted as they will not cover the therapists’ fees.
Note: AXA PPP clients need a psychiatric referral first.
Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis. Weekly attendance is important for therapy to progress. Missed and cancelled sessions within 24hrs are payable in full.
Discounts are available for block bookings, students, and low income families.
