Adults Therapy

Hart Psychotherapy can offer in-depth assessments, treatment and therapy to individuals who are experiencing a range of psychological or mental health difficulties. We want our clients to feel safe and at ease our therapy rooms are homely, warm and comfortable, somewhere clients can talk freely. We can even come and see you at your home or place of work if that suits you better.

We offer a discrete, confidential service which adheres to a strict confidentiality policy. We want our clients to feel safe in disclosing their issues and have confidence in our therapists that we have their interests at heart.

Experienced therapists

We can treat various different issues all of which are listed on the website. Should you have an issue that is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we may be able to help you. We do not discriminate nor do we judge. There is no age limit for the cliental we work with. We work in a range of different settings, have an extensive list of therapy expertise disciplines and ultimately we maintain high professional standards.

How long will therapy last for?

You may wonder how long therapy will last. The answer to this may vary depending on the severity and depth of your problems. Once they have been assessed the therapist will be able to clarify this further for you.

All of our therapists are enhanced CRB/DBS checked and are vigorously checked out by our vetting team.

Our therapists are not there to judge. The only objective is to help the client overcome their problems in a proactive and positive way.
